This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Dashvye.com, regardless of the customer's country of residence.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are located in the European Union, including the Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

The day you (or a third party, not the carrier) receive the product

Or, in the case of multiple items, the day you receive the final item
Returns for Non-EU Customers
If you are outside the EU, you may still request a return, but it must be:

Requested within 14 days of delivery

Returned at your own expense, including any customs or import duties

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Products used beyond basic inspection

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return shipment.
If the entire order is returned, original shipping costs will also be refunded. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
Return Address
The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Returns sent without approval or to a different address will not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards or downloadable goods

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping if applicable.
