These Terms of Service govern your use of the website dashvye.com, including all products and services offered or sold through the website by Dashvye ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or our services.
Dashvye is a sole proprietorship established in accordance with Dutch law and operates within the European Union.

Applicability These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with Dashvye.com, including product offers, order placements, deliveries, and customer communications. They are drafted in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), especially Book 6 (General Contract Law) and Book 7 (Special Contracts).

Nature of Our Services Dashvye operates an online retail platform specializing in consumer electronics such as dashcams. Dashvye may source and fulfill products using third-party suppliers and platforms, including those located outside the Netherlands and European Union. By placing an order, you agree that:

Dashvye may use third-party services and suppliers to fulfill your purchase on your behalf.

Dashvye remains responsible for the proper fulfillment of your order and all consumer rights under EU law.

You will not hold Dashvye liable for any direct errors of third-party providers unless caused by negligence or breach of duty by Dashvye.

Account Creation and Access You may browse the website without creating an account. However, to place an order, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. Dashvye reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Products, Availability, and Descriptions Product listings are provided for information purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments All prices listed are in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed before an order is processed. We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit cards, and others as made available on the website. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, is disputed, or appears fraudulent.

Order Acceptance and Contract Formation An order placed through the website constitutes a non-binding offer to purchase. An agreement is only formed once Dashvye sends an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any order without explanation.

Shipping and Delivery We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to customs, logistics, or force majeure are not grounds for cancellation unless unreasonable delay occurs as per Article 6:83 of the Dutch Civil Code.

Import Duties and Taxes Customers outside the European Union are responsible for paying applicable import duties, VAT, or customs charges. Dashvye does not accept responsibility for these charges and will not refund them if the package is refused.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch implementation legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds (Non-EU Customers) Customers outside the EU may request returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-approved and meet the same return conditions as EU customers. Shipping and customs fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and Conformity Under Dutch law (Article 7:17 BW), consumers have the right to receive goods that conform to the agreement. If a product is defective or does not match the description, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow instructions

Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics or suppliers

Loss of data or business due to website downtime Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property All content, including logos, text, graphics, and product photos, are the property of Dashvye or its licensors. No part of the site may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Force Majeure Dashvye is not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental action, or internet outages.

Privacy and Data Protection Dashvye processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch AVG. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy. We may transfer data to third-party service providers outside the EU under appropriate legal safeguards.

Governing Law and Disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in your place of residence or to the District Court of The Hague. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
